This hotel had the perfect location for me, being only a short walk away from both the beach and a nearby Spar store. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which is something I always appreciate. Parking was easy and convenient, making it easy for me to come and go as I pleased. Finally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing.

the rooms were spacious and I appreciated the presence of air conditioning and block-out curtains in the bedroom.
the hotel was located next to the parking area which was quite noisy and may wake light sleepers.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in East London. the location was ideal as it was in close proximity to the beach. I loved being able to easily access the beautiful coastline. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The manager in particular went out of his way to ensure that my family and I felt at home. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The shower in the room was great, providing a refreshing start to the day.
My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved upon.

We had a great time during our city trip! The location was perfect. It was easy to get around and there were plenty of things to do nearby. The room was really spacious and clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that there was a good WiFi connection and the breakfast was delicious.
The kitchenette in our self-catering unit was not well-equipped. There were not enough glasses, plates, and utensils for our family. Additionally, there were some bug issues in the apartment, particularly ants. We also found the parking arrangements to be a bit inconvenient with late night and early morning guest arrivals and departures.
